Not sure if this is just for CAM budgets of more generally....
We could make it so you can specify a bunch of plots you like to see in a yaml file and then read those in and plot all....
consider doing vertical plots for 3D variables (i.e., XZ as in atmosphere diagnostics package)
add options to selected metrics: -add deseas/first_difference option to contrast variance -Fix time-series metrics to use general grouping/aggregate dimension code (lag1, annual_harmonic, mae_day_max)
Speedup: reuse same DatasetMetrics object in get_metric_label instead of creating a new object. (Also Review metrics and use xarray functionality (especially shift) to improve parallelization)
ks_test requires agg_dims and those are optional for compare_stats. So it crashes if they are not specified.
The cf.attributes are [] when plotting fft2. file [~/alli/code-repo/ldcpy/ldcpy/plot.py:327](http://localhost:8891/lab/tree/~/alli/code-repo/ldcpy/ldcpy/plot.py#line=326), in calcsPlot.spatial_plot(self, da_sets, titles, data_type) 323 cmin = [] 325 # lat[/lon](http://localhost:8891/lon) could be 1 or 2d and have different names...
code crashes if only 1 time slice (i.e., start = 0, end= 0)
seems like we should output a warning message
Despite trying different compilers, versions, etc., my colleague and I can't get *print_h5repack_farg* to work properly on our macs. For example: cisl-arbutus:bin abaker$ ./print_h5repack_farg zfpmode=3 acc=1.0 Print cdvals for set...
