Support a default Apple News section

Description

I think it would be a good optimization to allow for a default section that's applied to articles regardless of any automation rules that are created. This could be achieved by adding a selector to the plugin's admin settings or allowing for some kind of wildcard automation rule.

Use Case

Apple News channels come with a primary section that can be renamed but cannot be deleted from the channel. This is the homepage that's shown when users navigate to the channel in the News app.

In many cases, publishers would want every article to appear in this primary section so they're easy to find from the channel homepage in addition to whatever sections are applicable to the article.

Currently, the Automation screen enables routing articles to Apple News sections based on category. But if you want an article to appear in the channel's main section in addition to whatever section applies based on the category, you have to configure those as two separate automation rules. If this applies to every category on the site, that could mean requiring twice as many rules as there are categories simply to get all the articles to appear on the Apple News channel homepage — a lot of extra configuration work.

this would absolutely be welcomed - have same use case where we want all articles to hit our default channel - that we call 'latest.' currently we have to code everything to go to latest, in addition to coding it to go to category breakouts like education, health care etc. it makes for a very long list of automation rules.
