Fix sound

Sound isn't quite right yet. Need to figure out what is going on with static and breaks.

Changed cpu processing loop to allow for better control of feeding the sound buffer queue. That work should set stage for getting betters sound.

Current setup is better, but not fully finished. Suspect that callback needs to fill empty space with last used value and not silence.
