I would like to ask one concern about how to install the olmocr dependencies without internet?

Currently, I am using the miniforge3 with conda to create a new virtual environment, using pip install python dependencies. And using apt to install these other dependencies.

My concern is that how to migrate these dependencies to a server without internet?
