Manifest v3

We need to update the manifest.json file to v3 version. Currently it is using v2 version. Listing down the blockers for this effort:

  • [ ] Updating all WebExtension APIs used to chrome APIs
  • [ ] v3 support in Firefox
  • [ ] Support for Chrome APIs in Firefox browser
  • [ ] Thorough testing
