Copyright + Licensing change

I have gotten permission from the following contributors who have participated in the development of this project significantly to transfer copyright of the project to "BZFlag & Associates". Along with the transfer of copyright, I'll be switching the license of this project to MIT.

Some repo administration and code clean up will be needed to change all copyright/license references. I'll be leaving this issue open until these chores are finished, but for the moment, the project should be considered MIT and under the copyright of "BZFlag & Associates"
