Player List - Sort Order seems to refer to alphabet, not ascending vs descending.
The icons have A-Z and Z-A on them, which made me wonder what they were doing when I sorted by activity. Then again, I need sleep.
Nah I agree. I can replace the A-Z icons with 0-9 when sorting by activity (a numerical value). Is this what you had in mind?
I'm not sure how to make it "better" as far as indicating ascending or descending. A quick Google image search gave me the idea for something like below. One thing I think would be much better would be if you didn't have both of the arrows pointing the same way though - have the arrows change up/down and have the standard (A-Z and Z-A in this case) be the same for both (ie, A-Z only).
