Feature request: Make pipeline projects visible in UI

Hi,

Currently, to view all the steps that were launched by a controller (with decorators) in the server UI, one has to go into the Pipelines tab, select details for the controller, and then click the last "subproject" for the controller. This is not really straightforward. Can you please "unhide" the pipeline controller subprojects so they are visible and accessible from the Projects view tab?

@milongo ClearML server 1.6.0 should have a 'Show hidden projects' user setting to let you control this behaviour.
