Singularity Container?

Would deployment of clear-ml server would work if I converted the provided docker image to a singularity image? I've got a compute machine that might not allow for sudo access, so I wanted to check if singularity would be a viable option.

Hi @SiftingSands Sure, I can't see any real reason it should not work. We will be more than happy to support if you run into any issues, and once you have it working please PR it ❤️
It will be awesome to support singularity as well :)
