Add versioned tags to docker hub

Hey there, we deployed ClearML with agents running on our GPU machines and we love it, works really well!

Currently there are only :latest images available on docker hub. https://hub.docker.com/r/allegroai/clearml-agent-services/tags https://hub.docker.com/r/allegroai/clearml-agent/tags

It would be nice if for each release version a separate tag is pushed with that version (example :1.1.1) so our deployment of ClearML will be more robust.

While we do our best to make sure the releases are stable, you're absolutely right - we'll update our deployment automation to make sure version tags are pushed as well 🙂
