Make docs more approachable to newcomers

...especially for those who are new to Go and want to develop/build ralph-cli. And while at it, check for any assumptions that may be not too obvious for "normal" users (i.e. non-developers) - especially those coming from Ralph 2, who got used to it's scan mechanism.

Hi i just installed ralph3 and ralph-cli and i want to auto scan ip address my servers are not installed with idrac or ilo i want it to work using ssh and server credentials only will it work for me ? if so please help me with one example and where i have to do the entries for the same.

@anilkpillai100 I'm not sure if ralph-cli still works with Ralph and if it's still supported by Ralph maintainers. @MarekBleschke or @szymi- - any comment on this?

We don't develop it anymore. Generally speaking, it should work with Ralph 3 - but we don't provide ssh scannnig - only idrac and ILO. It's easy to write plugins in python, though but we left it to the community to write plugins and adapt it to the custom needs.
