Add some switch/option to print out the names of available scripts

The --script option for ralph-cli scan requires providing the name of the script that has to be executed, which may be cumbersome if you don't remember them (in such case, you have to list contents of ~/.ralph-cli/scripts dir). We should add an additional option/switch to facilitate this.
