Retransmission for a time window in the past

It would be nice to have a feature for making retransmission only for a time window in the past. For example I would like to retransmit events from 10 minutes window from yesterday.

Current retransmission sends all events from the past to present moment. However sometimes I need only events from much shorter period in the past and sending all events up to now can be unnecessary overhead.

I was thinking about special type of subscription which works only on a specific range of offsets and doesn't disturb original subscription which works concurrently.
