Add support for AsciiDoc.

A readme.md file is currently needed. I want to include any readme.adoc file and support AsciiDoc generation.

@Zenigata Have you found a way to get the CLI/bot to work with AsciiDocs or know how it could be done?

Unfortunately I haven't looked into this. I want to but it's not my current priority. Is anyone else interested?
