Bot not working

Describe the bug The bot is not working and I waited 24 hours and it says the same thing. Expected behavior I expected it to all the people to the readme.md

I have exactly the same issue, on my public repository github.com/GwynethLlewelyn/post-local-storage (in case anyone wants to check it). I've been trying to add some contributors for several days now, trying at different hours; the error persists.

There might be two reasons for that...

1. The configuration for @all-contributors might have changed, in the past few months, and I haven't even noticed what I need to do on my side of things;
2. I'm trying to add someone who have placed themselves on some sort of list/group, or added a special tag somewhere, to block @all-contributors from adding them.

In either case, I would say that a slightly better error message would be most appreciated 😁

Alternatively... is there any way for end-users to view some sort of log of what actions @all-contributors has attempted to perform and what were the errors?... This is probably listed somewhere on the website but I didn't find it... yet...

My apologies for only answering today. I've checked back on my own repo, and, AFAICS, the bot seems to have caught up with the pending requests to add a few new contributors! I have no idea when this happened (I haven't paid attention!), but it looks good to me right now!

I reopened this. I think we need to pull this into a meta issue about error handling and messaging. More soon...
