App does not react to commit comments

Describe the bug

I commented on a commit by a contributor and expected the app would receive the comment like it does for PRs and issues

Additional context

I posted the exact same message on a pull request and it worked as expected

it's looks like a feature, we can add a new webhook commit_comment.
