Space flag to enable the setting to allow unauthenticated users to contribute to a whiteboard

Description

As a user, I want to be able to invite one-time-contributors to work on a whiteboard with me, without having to make them member of my (sub)space As an admin, I want to be able to guard sensitive data in my Space, so I want to be able to disable this feature.
