Defaults for Smooth UX

Description

As a new member or admin, I want a simple and smooth first experience. If I want to use more functionalities, I'll find and add it later. For example, as a new admin I didn't even know there was an application form and now my users see it when I invite them

Acceptance criteria

Change the following defaults: Space

• [ ] Application form empty by default, also no description. If there are no community guidelines set either, the user will only see a confirmation dialog after applying.
• [ ] Default Space visibility is private
• [ ] Tutorials by default off for Subspace
• [ ] Notify the community by default off for collaboration tools

User

• [ ] Notifications minimized: what requires my input directly
• Replied to me YES
• Invitation to join YES
• Personal message or tag YES
• New collaboration tools ?? YES Let's focus on improving the defaults for now and not change the user notifications as it is a bigger discussion
