Move library + space settings to be on Space

As a user I want a simple domain model

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Move the spaceDefaults and library (TemplatesSet) to be on Space entity
• [ ] Migrate Account data for these fields to be on the level zero space
• [ ] Add field for defaults and library that always return the level zero space defaults / library
