Updating preference text - only when quick & easy

Description

As a Challenge admin, I don't understand these settings/ the difference between them:

Acceptance criteria

Change the text to:

• [ ] Allow members of the parent Space to join this Challenge without needing to apply
• [ ] Members of the parent Space can apply to this Challenge (edit the application form below)
• [ ] ...and if possible, flip the order so "Members of.." comes first and then "Allow members.."

Additional Context

I've already updated the explanation in the subtitle, which was in the translation file. This makes the experience a little bit better, but updating the text for these preferences (server) would still really make a difference. Although usually only admins see this text, this is also being demonstrated to new communities to show how they can control the memberships in their platform. Thus, very nice if we can improve, but not if it takes too much time - then we'll have to wait for the complete settings refresh.
