Sort "Explore Challenge Spaces block" (MyDash) on visibility (public/private)

Description

As a user, I first like to see all spaces that I can contribute to, not the ones that are closed to me. Feedback from a new user: the platform looks "closed" to me. This doesn't help...

Acceptance criteria

In the "Explore the Challenge Spaces block" on My Dashboard, sort the spaces:

• [ ] First show public spaces, then private ones

It's a great idea, but currently we do not provide custom sort on paginated results. As this requirement is hit for the second time in a short while, I see an opportunity to invest some effort in the custom sort in question.
