Deletion of documents

Description

As an Alkemio User I want to be able to safely delete documents I control and others not to delete my documents.

Acceptance criteria

  • [x] Document deletion with proper authorization and their underlying files
  • [ ] Orphaned documents deleted and their underlying files
  • [ ] Images on whiteboard deletable through the API

bumping this I suggest handling this separately of an Epic. We are generating a lot of unused files, and some documents need to be deleted from the database.
