Update messaging About dialog for new users

Description

If I am invited to a Space, I don't want to see the message 'if you want to join, click here to apply' If I am not able to join the Space, I don't want to see invitation only but a way for me to contact the host If there is no application required, I want to read clear here to join instead of apply

As a PO, I want 'click here' underscored

Acceptance criteria
