Entitlements usage

Account for contributors now retrieves the entitlements for that account. No longer hard coded.

Queries + code updated for renaming of Licensing to LicensingFramework.

Todo:

  • still one hard coded setting of # VCs allowed in the code which needs to be removed.
  • checking for saveAsTemplate on callout to also check the entitlement for the Collaboration
