BUG: inconsistency in settings tools

Describe the bug When I choose full screen for a collaboration tool, the three dots disappear and become a share icon and settings icon. As a user, I am looking for the same menu I saw first (three dots and then a lot of options). Now I lost these options

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a post
  2. Click on three dots and choose full screen
  3. see only share and edit

Expected behavior ??
