Organization profile references show URL instead of title

Describe the bug The markdown interface is different from the text displayed on the organization profile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an organization profile settings
2. Add references
3. Both are differently displayed on the profile
4. Or references are not even displayed on the profile (https://alkem.io/organization/alkemio-foundation)

Expected behavior References to match the profile settings

Screenshots References in the settings (https://alkem.io/organization/dsih) Displayed as links on the profile
