As a user, I get confused when I see the button asking me to become a member when it's unclear to me why I need to

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Find the right privilege that is set with the option for users from the parent space to contribute, don't show "become a member" banner (Subspace > Settings > Settings > Allowed Actions)
• [ ] Don't show "become a member" banner to users who have this privilege
