Extra step in VC create flow: add to space

Description

As an admin of an org, I want to get a flow that works for me when I create a VC As a user with admin access to multiple spaces, I want to be able to chose what Space my new vc is placed in

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Before adding the VC to a space, show dialog to choose what space to use
• [ ] Show all spaces where the user has the privilege to add a vc
• [ ] If user selects space, add vc to this space and continue existing flow (try it out)
• [ ] If user decides to not add vc to space, open that's it dialog
