Double notifications when someone mentions you in a comment on your post

Description

As a user, I do not want to receive two notifications for the same event. This is currently happening when someone mentions the writer of the post in the comment on the post. This person receives 2 notifications, 1 for someone commenting on their post, 1 for being mentioned

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Only send 1 notification per event
• [ ] TBD what to send.
  • Maybe combining the two in the text like "commented and mentioned you" (but not "X commented on your post [...]; X mentioned you in [...])
  • or just picking the more important one, in this case the mention
