Template Post Collaboration tool

Description

As a User I want to create a Collaboration tool of type Post and then choose a template So that I can follow a certain flow, framework when describing my Post

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Add button to post creation for "Find Template", same as we have elsewhere (eg whiteboard, call for posts)
• [ ] Clicking on the button opens the template library for posts (same as we do elsewhere when clicking on this button)
• [ ] When the user chooses a template, it is used in the post and the user can continue editing.
