Describe the bug A bucket with findings from templates refactoring
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Missing icons and counters for available templates on account / innovation pages https://dev-alkem.io/user/admin-alkemio/settings/account

Create button not enabled for WB, when content is not changed: https://dev-alkem.io/innovation-packs/after-templates/settings

When templates cards have/don't tag, they are not represented well
