BUG: Settings suggest private or hidden VC is visible in public lists

Describe the bug When I have my VC on the private, the switch with list in public sections is on. As a user I am scared that it is listed somewhere publicly even though it is private or hidden. And I can't do anything to turn it off...

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a VC that is private or hidden
2. See switch

Expected behavior Switch to be off when in private or hidden mode Edit Simone: Plus maybe use a checkbox instead?
