Transfer Space from one account to another

Description

As a support admin, I need to be able to transfer a space from one account to another

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] In Global Administration, settings per space, add account field
• [ ] Implementation TBD, but what should be kept in mind:
  • We need to be able to change it
  • There are too many accounts to use a simple drop down (will take forever to scroll through), so search/filter is needed
  • Possible solution: next to the save/cancel button, have button to "Transfer to another account"; clicking on this opens dialog with search/filter functionality where an account can be selected and a button needs to be pressed to confirm
