Multiple/all day events: Display in calendar/events block

Description

As a user, I want to be able to see events that span multiple days / are full-day events

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Block on the dashboard to be updated as per design (both calendar and events preview);
• [ ] In events dialog both the list of events and the details of every event;

• the event description is no longer required and has no default value (it could be added through the translations if needed);
• The rounded date badges have no dash in between the dates (dash widget, event preview, event list);
• The overlapping multi-date events in the calendar could look a bit odd - the start and end date of every event is preserved even if it's in the middle of another one. Overall, the calendar is fine for now, the edge cases could be refined in the future.
• The long date previews (event details and Tooltips) now use short weekdays - e.g. Wednesday -> Wed;
