BUG: "Delete" menu is not closed after cancel delete process on user/account page

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dev-alkem.io/user/evgeni-dimitrov/settings/account
  2. Click on any "more" icon of any block
  3. Start delete process
  4. Cancel delete process - "delete" menu is still open image.png

Expected behavior "delete" menu is closed.
