Subspace templates: save as template

Description

As an admin, I want to create subspace templates As an admin, I want to duplicate subspaces

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] In Subspace settings > settings, add block above the Danger Zone with
• Title: Save as Template
• Text: [tbd]
• Button: [DownloadForOfflineOutlinedIcon] Save as template

• [ ] Clicking on this button opens a dialog asking the user where they want to store the template, with a dropdown showing the places that the user has update privilege for. E.g:
• Space templates
• Self hosted innovation pack
• Innovation pack hosted by org that they are admin of
• [ ] In this dialog, add text to explain where users can save templates to and how to create an innovation pack [text tbd]
• [ ] Button to CONTINUE

• [ ] When users click on continue, the standard create template dialog appears, with on the right the read only preview of their subspace (same as #6799) (CHECK IF THIS IS POSSIBLE)
• [ ] On the left, they fill in the standard template info
• [ ] Save button saves the template to the location that the user selected in the previous step
