BUG: MD editor: when user starts bulleted list, input field is deselected

Describe the bug I'm manually copying some text from a pdf into a post, working with two screens. I need a bulleted list and click on the list icon in the md editor and immediately turn my head to the screen with the text that I need to copy. I continue typing. After a while, I look at the result.. nothing there. This happened to my three times the last hour, so I decided to dive a little deeper into what was happening, and it turns out that when you click on the list icon in the editor, the cursor isn't placed behind the bullet that appears, but instead the input field is deselected. As a user, I have to click back into the input field to continue writing. This is unexpected and thus causing frustration when it goes wrong like it did for me. BTW, this only happens when the description field is empty. When text is already there things seem to go fine.

NB Even worse, I continued working on this text copying thing, and realized that also when I just type a - to start a list, the input field is deselected!

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any MD editor on Alkemio, eg create post
2. Click on the description field
3. Click on the bulleted list icon
4. Continue writing without clicking anywhere
5. See error

Expected behavior When user clicks on bulleted/numbered list icon, the user can immediately continue typing
