VC: Sources in threaded interaction

Description

As a user, I want to ensure that my VC isn't making things up. When I don't see a source, I get suspicious and want to understand why no source is given.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Insert hardcoded italic text "Source" at the bottom of each threaded comment coming from the VC where no source is given
• [ ] Clicking on this word opens a dialog with the following text: Due to the complexity of the interaction, sources cannot yet be directly given in threaded conversations (replies to comments). However, the Virtual Contributor is happy to reveal its source when you repeat the full question in a new comment (not a reply to this comment).
