Add new collaboration tools to the top of the list instead of the bottom

Description

As a user adding a new collaboration tool, I want it to be on top. Currently when I click create, I get lost and can't find my post. As a power user I know I have to scroll to the bottom and then move it up, but I don't get why it's not added on top by default.
