BUG: missing link in text

Describe the bug In the dialog to select the Default INnovation flow (Space settings > Subspaces), the text states " If you’re looking to create new flows or explore additional templates, click here to access this library." But this text doesn't have a link to click on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Space > settings > Subspaces
  2. Click on select the Default INnovation flow
  3. See error

Expected behavior The text "click here to access this library" to point to the Templates tab of the Space Settings
