Allow access for non-admins to some of the (sub)Space Settings

Description

As a non-space admin I want to be able to access some of the Space settings So that I can apply changes if I'm Creator/Host, or invite users in upper subspace.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] No strict Admin check for accessing the entire admin part
• [ ] Access to some of the tabs (and sections in them) for non-admin users
  • [ ] Creator/Host to manage/delete a space;
  • [ ] ...
