[Technical] Virtual Contributor initial implementation cleanup

Description

As some of the initial code from the PoC/Hackathon is still in place, it would be ideal if we revisit and refine it.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Refine the VP / VC creation:
  • proper nameIDs,
  • default engine,
  • etc.
• [ ]

Additional Context

A list of personas and the ability to edit existing ones are also missing in the UI.

Mainly the global administration.
