Move Activity block on Space>Community to the left column

Description

As a designer, I want my default callout on the community page to be immediately visible, currently its hidden below the contributors block and the activity block As a user, I want to see relevant content in the main section of the Community page. As an admin, I don;t want my collaboration tools to be pushed all the way down on this page
