[Create Space] Add My Spaces section in New Memberships block

Description

As a user I want to be able to choose a plan So that I can complete the Space creation.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Add section for "My Spaces" in New Memberships block
• Underneath Open Applications & Invitations, Above Recently joined
• [ ] Change block title to "Spaces & Subspaces" (instead of New Memberships)
• [ ] Add server resolver me.mySpaces that lists my spaces, ordered always the same way
