CommunityUpdates URL fix; Dialog added to subspaces; cleanup;

1. The broken URL was fixed using the space.profile.url instead of the missing journeyURL;
2. The CommunityUpdatesDialog was added to the SubspaceDialogs (for updates to be available on the subspace level);
3. Cleanup - usages of CommunityUpdatesDialog were deleted (with parent unused components).
