When Post callout is closed for new responses, users can still reply to existing comments until refresh the client

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://acc-alkem.io/subs-space/collaboration/questions
2. Make sure the post enabled to receive new responses
3. Make a comment
4. Using another user open the callout
5. Close the callout - the callout is closed
6. Without refreshing the page for the second user, try to reply to a comment - comment is sent successfully.

Expected behavior When callout is closed, no comments and replies can be sent.
