BUG: Cards missing when hovering over avatars/items in hierarchy block

Describe the bug In the old hierarchy block, cards became visible when hovering over a journey in the list. This is no longer the case.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://sandbox-alkem.io/alkemio/dashboard'
2. Scroll down to hierarchy block, hover over the list
3. See error
