Visibility of settings/authorization for members

Description

As a member of multiple spaces, I don't understand why I don't see the add callout button in one space but do see it in another space

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Subtle hint for people who know about these functionalities that they cannot use them because...
• [ ] Not bothering/overwhelming people who don't know about the existence

Good to be aware of: there are admins that completely strip down the functionality of their spaces to focus their members
