Whiteboard licence indication

NB This turns out to be partially implemented already, but it has a bug: #6038

Description

As an admin, I want to know what features Alkemio has, even when my subscription doesn't allow me to use them. And in that case, I like to know how I can upgrade.

Acceptance criteria

In the share dialog on the whiteboard, add the following below the Share on Alkemio button:

• [ ] ErrorOutlineOutlined icon
• [ ] When Multi-User Whiteboards are disabled With the current subscription, one member can edit this whiteboard at a time. Contact the team [https://welcome.alkem.io/contact/] to upgrade the subscription of this Space for multi-user collaboration.
• [ ] When Multi-User Whiteboards are enabled With the current subscription, 20 (to be checked if this is the actual limit!) members can edit this whiteboard at a time. Contact the team [https://welcome.alkem.io/contact/] if you need more people to be able to to co-create simultaneously.
