BUG: Explore Spaces page: "Private Subspace" label used for Public subspaces?

Describe the bug It seems like there are no public subspaces on the platform, but after a closer look, it might be that public subspaces (subspaces in public spaces that allow non-members to read the contents wrongfully get the "Private Subspace" label. See example below (Steward Ownership NL is a public space)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create/use public space with subspace that allows non-members to read content
2. Click on /spaces
3. Scroll down to the card or filter on public spaces
4. See error

Expected behavior

• Label to say "Public Subspace"
• Card to be included when filtering on Public Spaces
